Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the original items with all tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
